Always | Comma-separated failure codes. At least one required. Each row will likely have different failure codes. Use the Failure Code Lookup below to find GUIDs for each claim. |

Conditional | Required when any selected failure code is a Flow Center failure |

Conditional | The PO / Job Name to be associated with this warranty transaction |

Always | true or false. This is generally false when need_parts_shipped is true. |

Conditional | Required when parts_purchased is true. The PO / Job Name / Sales Order # associated with the purchased parts transaction. |
